Australia's FBICRC names Shannon O'Rourke new top executive
On 1 December, Shannon O’Rourke will become ceo of Australia’s Future Battery Industries Cooperative Research Centre (FBICRC) as the three-year-old organisation comes to a transition point, Kallanish reports.
He is an executive with 25 years in the energy sector including senior management roles with Woodside and Chevron and industrial research with Rio Tinto. He replaces founding ceo Stedman Ellis who held the post since 2018 and is retiring.
