Australia’s Ardea raises AUD 16m for nickel operations
Australian miner Ardea Resources announced Wednesday it has received binding commitments to raise AUD 16 million ($10.3m) in a share placement to investors, Kallanish learns.
Ardea will issue 22.7m shares at a price of AUD 0.70 each, representing a 6.7% discount to the last traded price. The firm also plans to issue 90,000 shares to board members, subject to shareholder approval. The placement is expected to settle next month, it said in a statement.
