Australia backs $36 billion hydrogen, ammonia hub
Australia has given its support to a $36 billion renewable mega-project and will fast track what’s planned to be the world’s largest green hydrogen and ammonia production facility, Kallanish reports.
The government awarded “major project status” to Asian Renewable Energy Hub (AREH), under development by InterContinental Energy, CWP Energy, Vestas and a Macquarie Group fund.
