Aston Martin pledges to make UK EVs from 2025
British luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin confirmed on Monday its plans to launch ‘made in UK’ electric vehicles from 2025.
Owner Lawrence Stroll revealed the company’s ambitions to manufacture all of its electric sports cars at the Gaydon plant, in Warwickshire, in the West Midlands region of England. The brand’s E-SUVs would be produced at the St Athan plant in Glamorgan, Wales, Kallanish learns.
