Archer Aviation mulls plan to go public
California-based electric aircraft firm Archer Aviation plans to go public via a reverse merger with an as-yet unnamed special purpose acquisition company, Kallanish learns from IPOEdge.
The newly combined company with have an expected multi-billion dollar valuation, IPOEdge says, citing “people familiar with the matter.”
The formal announcement could come by the week of 8 February.
