American Lithium to spin out Macusani uranium assets in Peru
American Lithium says it plans to spin out its Macusani uranium assets in southern Peru into an independent public company, Kallanish reports.
That is the preferred route to proceed, the British Columbia-based company says. The re-structuring of the Macusani project into a separate uranium-focused company is well advanced, and the company anticipates being in position to finalise the transaction in early 2023.
