ACME, IHI join forces on India-Japan green ammonia supply
Indian renewable energy company ACME Group and Japanese heavy industry group IHI have inked an offtake agreement to supply green ammonia from India to Japan, Kallanish notes.
ACME is developing a $5 billion green hydrogen and ammonia project at Gopalpur, Odisha, with a planned capacity of 1.2 million tonnes/year, the company said Tuesday. First production in the multi-phase project is expected by 2027.
