ACG to buy Turkish copper asset for $290m

Special acquisition company ACG Acquisition has agreed to buy a Turkish copper-prospective mine for $290 million from a subsidiary of Istanbul-based conglomerate Çalık Holding. The Gediktepe mine, held by Lidya Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, currently produces gold and silver.
