Voestalpine expands metal-forming production in Indiana
Voestalpine is expanding its production site in Jeffersonville, Indiana, to accommodate growth in its metal forming division, Kallanish learns from a company statement.
The metal forming business has gained two new long-term contracts with a pair of global truck manufacturers, Austria’s voestalpine says. To accommodate this, the company will invest EUR 70 million ($77.5m) to expand the Indiana plant by adding 15,000 square metres of production space.
