Tangshan Jiahua commissions coke oven
China’s Tangshan Jiahua Coal Chemical Co has put its No.3 coke oven into production. The unit was constructed by MCC’s ACRE Coking & Refractory Engineering, Kallanish notes.
According to the latest coke capacity replacement plans of Tangshan Iron & Steel, the parent company of Tangshan Jiahua, the latter firm intends to reach a total coke capacity of 2.4 million tonnes/year.
