Chinese steel flat as SHFE plans premium market
Chinese futures prices hovered in Wednesday in the absence of a clear direction for markets. The Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) meanwhile is planning on getting closer to the physical market with a new platform for physical premiums, Kallanish notes.
