Stanmore Resources completes Eagle Downs acquisition
Australian miner Stanmore Resources has completed the acquisition of Eagle Downs from miners South32 and Aquila Resources, a subsidiary of China Baowu Steel Group, Kallanish notes.
Stanmore says in a statement that all conditions precedent have been satisfied and that it has successfully completed the acquisitions from South32 and Aquila.
Stanmore now owns and controls 100% of the Eagle Downs project.
