Spanish scrap market sees new price correction
The Spanish scrap market has begun August with the announcement of a new domestic price adjustment, Kallanish learns from market sources.
It has been confirmed by sources that prices have moved down €10-15/tonne ($10.9-16.4) for all grades in the domestic market after falling by the same amount in the last week of July. Market participants suggest that there could be a further reduction of €10/t within a few days.
