Shanghai Baoshan Port prioritises Baosteel shipments
Shanghai Baoshan Maritime Bureau has opened a so-called green channel for materials transported from Wuhan to Baosteel. Hot rolled coil from Wuhan are being re-rolled at the Baosteel site in Shanghai, Kallanish notes.
