Rodgers Metal Craft acquires fabricator Division 5
Georgia-based steel fabricator Division 5 LLC has been acquired by Rodgers Metal Craft, Kallanish learns from Division 5 ex-owner Applied Value Group.
Together with Rodgers, the combined entity offers more than 600,000 square feet of production space, enabling the company to handle jobs of up to 30,000 short tons, Applied Value states in a press release. Division 5 specialises in supply chain, data centre and public infrastructure projects.
