Nucor voices concern over imports, weaker Q3 outlook
Nucor chief executive Leon Topalian voiced concerns during an earnings call this week over unfair trade practices, including “illegally” imported steel from China and circumvention of tariffs, Kallanish notes.
“That has got to get curbed, that has got to get brought into control,” Topalian said during the call this week.
