New Romanian holding buys local wire producer
ROCA Industry has agreed to acquire Romanian steel wire producer Dial for €14 million ($14.7m), subject to competition authority approval.
Dial produces fence edging panels, wicker fence mesh, Rabitz mesh, rectangular poles and other products, and has investment plans of approximately RON 40m ($8.5m).
