MC Mining completes rights issue offer
Australia-listed miner MC Mining has successfully concluded its fully underwritten renounceable rights offer, Kallanish notes.
The right issue has resulted in the company raising its target AUD 40 million ($26.39m) through the issue of 200.02 million new ordinary shares.
Of the 200.02 million new shares that were offered, the company received total applications in respect of 107.62 million new shares.
