Chinese scrap turns down amid easing supply
China's scrap market fell slightly last week as mills' arrivals rebounded.
On Friday, Kallanish assessed 6mm+ heavy scrap delivered to mills in eastern China's Yangtze River Delta at CNY 2,713/tonne ($374/t), including VAT. This is unchanged from Thursday but down CNY 20/t from a week before.
