Leading Chinese mills cut September flats offers
China’s major flat steel mills Baosteel, Anshan Iron & Steel (Angang), and Benxi Iron & Steel (Bengang) have decide to cut their offers further for September sales, which are predicted to be difficult, Kallanish learns.
