Shanxi Sunlight Coking Group Co. has registered the application guidance for its initial public offering with the Shanxi Securities Regulatory Bureau, indicating the official start of its delayed listing process, Kallanish notes.
The sponsor institution is CITIC Securities. There are still several steps to finalise before the completion of the A-share listing. The prospectus is still to be released.
