Brazil’s iron ore exports remain strong in June
Brazil’s iron ore exports moved up month-on-month in June. Volume, however, was weaker year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
According to the latest Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) data, shipments abroad of iron ore were 33.2 million tonnes during the month, a growth of 1.2% from May’s 32.8mt but 3% less on-year.
