Benxi builds new scrap processing base
A scrap processing centre has been under construction for over a year in Benxi, with support from the Benxi government in Liaoning province and the Bengang Group. The goal for 2019 is to reach 1-1.5 million tonnes/year of processed scrap, Kallanish notes.
