AM Castle receives delisting warning from NYSE
Specialty metals and plastics distributor AM Castle & Co has been notified that it is in danger of being delisted by the New York Stock Exchange, the company tells Kallanish in a statement.
AM Castle has 18 months to return its average market capitalisation above $50 million. The notice from the NYSE was triggered by a drop in AM Castle’s average market capitalisation below $50m for 30 consecutive trading days.
