VinFast breaks ground for new EV assembly plant in Indonesia
Vietnamese automaker VinFast has broken ground for a new electric vehicle assembly plant in the emerging industrial hub of Subang, West Java, Indonesia, Kallanish learns from the company.
Operations will start in Q4 2025. The plant will produce right-hand drive versions of VinFast’s all-electric SUVs – VF 3, VF 5, VF 6 and VF 7 – for the Indonesian market.
