COPPER: Wieland North America to build Kentucky recycling facility
Wieland North America Inc plans to build a $100 million recycling facility for copper and copper-alloy in Kentucky, Kallanish reports.
The new plant will be built in Shelby County and the news comes less than four months after German-based Wieland announced that it would locate its new North American headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. That is an investment of $8.8m and will create 75 full-time jobs.
