Sungrow delivers BESS units for 100-MW UK project
Chinese PV inverter and energy storage system giant Sungrow has delivered its first PowerTitan 2.0 battery energy storage system (BESS) units in Europe, Kallanish reports.
The company said in a statement on Wednesday that 66 units arrived in the UK, as part of a supply deal with Penso Power and BW ESS. They will be featured in the Bramley 100-megawatt (330 megawatt-hours) project in Hampshire, southern England.
