Chinese mills increase construction steel offers
Several Chinese steel companies located in different areas of China have increased their late-November construction steel ex-works prices by CNY 50-200/tonne ($7.54-30.16/t). Shanghai steel futures have continued to increase supported by stable long steel demand, environmental production restrictions and rebar specification shortages in some areas, Kallanish notes.
